How do I use WhatsApp for studying?

I think whatsapp is an app which was not invented out for educational purpose. So, if you're thinking that it is going to provide you with all sorts of educational stuff and information , then I am sorry . And whatsapp isn't made so smart that it will care for your studies and career and stop you from overusing it and wasting your time.

So, if you really want to make studies out of whatsapp, then firstly you should make a peer group of yours (usually everyone has a friend circle). Then create a group of your friends on whatsapp. And now you can share your notes , books, questions , solutions in your whatsapp. As per me this is the only way you can make study out of whatsapp. But always try to restrict yourself from using it too often as your educational discussions and queries will turn into nonsensical talks, forwarded jokes and pics which will surely cut down the sole purpose of making the group.

Important suggestion : use it as less as possible. Best study is the one done with hardcopy books and hand written notes.

1. Create a group with your friends who're in the same class as you. Share your knowledge through it.
2. Chat with your study-buddy about the topics at class.
3. Use video/voice calling to share knowledge with friends/teachers.
4. Share images/ppts via WhatsApp for studying.
5. Star Mark images and messages which are important.
6. Discuss topics of study.
