What is trending in Facebook?

I think it has to be the new Facebook Stories feature.

We’ve seen how great it has been with Snapchat and Instagram.

Remember, Facebook owns Instagram. So you can bet your bottom dollar they have the data that led to this choice.

For Facebook to release this features, they know how big it’s going to be. They already have the proof with Instagram. Giving how Facebook works, I’m sure this is only the beginning. In the end, they’ll make it where everyone wants it.

It’s interesting to see them do this. Now we have to wonder how Snapchat will bounce back.

Facebook shows you things in your Trending line-up the same way it shows you things in your News Feed: Algorithms. It considers a couple of personal things, similar to where you live and what Pages you take after. In any case, essentially it searches for two more extensive signs: Topics that are being specified a great deal and topics that get a sensational spike in notice.
