Which Linux distro has the best graphics?

Looks are usually misleading. A beautiful face does not mean and beautiful mind.
Yeah, everybody wants a cool good looking computer, well maintained with the best experience and visuals.
If you want to know my choice, then I personally use Debian Debian -- The Universal Operating System. For cool looks without much manual interventions, you can try Elementary OS Download elementary OS or KUbuntu Kubuntu | Friendly Computing . But yes, you can customize any distro to suit your needs. All you need from a distro is not the looks but the diversity of software available and support/community strength in case you need solutions to problems, i.e. reliability.
Using Linux gives you the flexibility to do whatever you want with your system (with utmost care). There are distros which may not look so good, but offer the best performance. Many are cool, but do not look good, and can be tweaked to have the best appearance. While, there are many which look awesome, but come with performance issues or bugs. So, in the end there is a trade. And the distro which grabs the trade between reliability and appearance, wins the race.
Here are a few screenshots of the systems I've used.

Two that I don’t think I have seen mentioned are Solus (Budgie) and ApricityOS.
Solus
Solus is a Linux Distro, not based on anything else (ie. not based on Debian or Ubuntu) and whilst at the moment, the package support is somewhat limited (but getting better all the time), Solus looks good.
Solus uses it’s own designed DE, which is called Budgie. They are working on releasing it for other Distros, I believe it’s available on Debian, Ubuntu and a few others but last time I tried it, it wasn’t quite there yet (compared to how it works natively within Solus.)
^Budgie on Solus with the default background image. It’s rather simplistic, but not to the extent of Gnome 3, and you can ‘dock’ several apps along the top bar too. It has a nice notifcations panel, which you can bring in from the right (it’s shown in the image.)
Showing the programs menu, and the notifications bar.
ApricityOS
ApricityOS is an Arch based distro, and I believe it is still in beta. I used it for a short while, but found it pretty unstable. Where Apricity is winning is in the looks department.
It’s DE is based on gnome 3, but has a more traditional dock. The top bar also contains the notifications too, rather than the bottom swipe up one. I’m also a fan of the icons that this distro uses by default.
Again, I believe at some point they are going to be releasing their DE to other distros, but I don’t believe there are any working versions out yet (I think there a couple of dev versions.)
Those are two of my favourites looks wise!
