Apple launched the iPhone 8, 8 plus and X(10).

But skipped the 7s ,7s plus and 9 in numerical order too.

Because according to Apple this is their 10th anniversary of iPhone so they thought of bringing something special and skipped the above stated ones.

The iPhone X(10) basically represents their 10th anniversary.
